HTC Design C golfu S-OFF Flashging Stock rom or Soft Unbrick with Full Tutorails Free HERE

Bootlop Issues to Recover

Install all Drivers links are below
ADB Fastboot Driver
HTC SYNC Driver

Procedure

Unlock your bootloader Bootload unlocking HERE
Download TWRP Recovery Download HERE
Custom Rom HERE
Gapps HERE
S-Off Kit Download HERE
Connect your mobile in fastboot mode
Do Flash Twrp Recovery ( Note : Rename The Twrp Recovery file as recovery and run below Given command to flash fastboot flash recovery.img )
And copy the rom or gapps to Memory card and do flash via recovery mode
Remember before flash rom so first full wipe/data (format) /system, /data/, cashe all.
don't boot power off after flash rom and put again in fastboot mode
And extract boot img from rom and flash via fastboot type command ' fastboot flash boot boot.img '
Automatic restart your mobile after flash and your mobile should work but installed rom not stable have to flash stock
Enable usb debugging
Extract rumrunner s-off kit
Open soju.exe via type Yes and wait 4-8mins to finish
If all are done you will get s-off
After s-off flash any official stock ruu from below
