Procedure :
- Open UMT QcFire
- Go to Flasher Tab
- Click on Single Program Mode
- Click on Program button
- Choose miui_CITRUSGlobal_V12.0.8.0.QJFMIXM_a43a8bd997_10.0\image\rawprogram0.xml firmware folder
- Choose miui_CITRUSGlobal_V12.0.8.0.QJFMIXM_a43a8bd997_10.0\image\patch0.xml
- Now Put Phone on EDL Mode Using Below Image of POCO M3 Edl Test Point Picture There Highlight Two Point Just Short it using Tweezer
- Now You can See Qualcomm USB Driver in Device Manager Check Below Image (Download Qualcomm USB Driver)
- Now Click on Flash Button and Wait Until Completed
