* Must your battery charged 70 % up
* Press and Hold Volume up button and Power button
* See hp logo then leave Power button
* After Select wipe data/factory reset via Volume Down key
* For select key of " Power button "
* Then Select Yes - delete all user data from the Power button key
* After wipe data/factory reset done Select reboot system now from the power key
* Your are done :) Thank you
