• Xiaomi phone (note : for this method your phone's bootloader must unlock if your phone bootloader locked then flash via EDL Mode)
• Xiaomi fastboot stock rom
• Minimal ADB and Fastboot
• Xiaomi fastboot ADB Driver
• USB Cable
• Computer or Laptop

Procedure

• Download all are from the above link if that not working then leave comment on below comment box i will soon fix it if possible
• Extract all downloaded files
• Install Minimal ADB and Fastboot and Fastboot ADB driver already installed in your computer then SKIP this option (note : you can install Fastboot ADB driver using below video tutorial)
• Now Open Minimal ADB and Fastboot folder from the C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot path and copy 4 (four) files you can see below image
