Normally, when you flash a phone using tools like SP Flash Tool, the software uses a general DA file. But for newer Vivo phones with Secure Boot enabled, this general DA file won’t work.

That’s where the Secure Boot DA file comes in. It’s a custom version that bypasses Vivo’s security checks and allows your PC to communicate with the phone for tasks like:

  • Flashing stock firmware
  • Unlocking FRP (Factory Reset Protection)
  • Reading or writing partitions
