If want to remove pattern lock and frp lock in Vivo V7 Plus phone then you can try to repair it by your self have to charge a battery with any charger and charged it by 95% and also need MRT dongle and your data is very important for so it is good to do a backup of data it may consist of contact details, important messages, emails or any other important thing which feel to be the backup in a device. Open MRT Tool and choose Vivo_QC
Click on "VIVO New modes
Select "V7 Plus" Mobile
Click on "Factory Reset(Unlock)"
Click on Start button
Press and hold Volume Up + Down button and Insert USB cable

Open MRT Tool and choose Vivo_QC
Click on "VIVO New modes
Select "V7 Plus" Mobile
Click on "Erase Frp(Google Lock)"
Click on Start button
Press and hold Volume Up + Down button and Insert USB cable
