Flashing Procedure for Xiaomi Note 3 & Note 3 Pro
- Download above link's all files to desktop or root folder (if link not working then write down comment on below comment box)
- Right click on Flash file file and click on properties which is extension .tgz ? if is then rename zip file to .gz or tar
- Install MiFlash tool wait until finished
- Extract to desktop or Root folder
- Now Turn on Phone Go to Setting, click on About Phone
- Click 6 to 7 times on MIUI version for enable Developer optin
- Now go back to Addition Setting choose Developer Options
- Turn on Enable OEM Unlock or USB debugging
- Open C:\XiaoMi\XiaoMiFlash\ and choose XiaoMiFlash.exe file and open it
- Click on Select button and choose kenzo\images folder from the flash file folder (check below image for example)
- Now click on Advance setting check below image for more information
- Click on "FastBoot script" Browse... and choose flash_all.bat
- Click on "Flash Programmer" Browse... and choose prog_emmc_firehose_8976_ddr.mbn
- Click on "Raw XML File" Browse... and choose rawprogram0.xml
- Click on "Patch XML File " Browse.. and patch0.xml
- Turn off phone and put device in Fastboot Mode using Press and hold Volume Down + Power key
- Wait until driver installing already intalled then ignore this option
- If driver not installed then follow this step right click on My computer, Properties, Device Manager, Update driver from above link's
- Open xiomi_edl_boot folder and choose xiomi_edl_boot.bat file and wait until process
- Now click on Refresh button in XiaoMiFlash Tool, after you can see COM:10 or other on flash tool
- Click on Flash button and wait until finished the process, do not try to unplug while device in flashing mode
- Do not unplug while flashing done keep plugging
- Congratulation you are done from flashing

Root Procedure for Xiaomi Note 3 & Note 3 Pro
- Press and hold Volume Down + Power until Fastbot Mode
- Go to All in one folder and open Unlock folder and double click on Unlock bootloader.bat file device will be normal start
- After that copy UPDATE-SuperSU.zip file and paste phone Internal Storage
- Turn off device again put in Fastboot Mode phone and go to Al in one folder
- Open Flash Twrp folder and double click on Flash TWRP.bat
- Now Press and hold Volume UP + Power for Recovery Mode
- Click on chines option for change Language see below image
- Click on "Install" button and Update copied UPDATE-SuperSU.zip then reboot phone
- Congratulation you are done
